Av. Dr. Enes Kağan Bek is the founding partner of bekmarked, practising as an attorney at law and a registered trademark attorney. He holds a doctorate (Ph.D.) in law.
He works in intellectual property law, corporate law, e-commerce law and consumer law, representing clients in trademark registration, patent and design protection and IP disputes.
He spent close to five years in the legal department of Trendyol, gaining first-hand experience of marketplace infringement, seller relationships and platform processes.
